- Community-based, to support children in their natural settings
- Family-centred, acknowledging that parents/carers are the experts on their child, and working in ways that support skill development within natural routines
- Individual sessions that are tailored to the child's (and family's) needs
- Parent support to allow practice and consolidation of skills between therapy sessions
- Specific assessments and interventions related to:
- Sensory processing
- Sleep
- Toileting
- Mealtimes / feeding skills (incl fussy eaters/alternate feeding systems)
- Pretend play (eg “Learn to Play” and “Learn to Play Parent Program”)
- Fine motor and visual motor skills
- Relationships and emotional regulation (eg “Circle of Security” and “Marte Meo”)
- Rachel is a certified provider of "The Listening Program"
- Rachel is a "Move to Learn" practitioner
Accessing and paying for services
Hourly rate for therapy sessions: $175.57 (as at July 2016, and based on rates set through the NDIS)
A discounted rate is available in some situations,
Many families may be able to access funding options through NDIS or Medicare.
Rebates are also available via private health insurance.

- Better Access to Mental Health - Medicare plan via GP
- Chronic Disease Management (Enhance) - Medicare plan via GP
- Helping Children with Autism - Medicare plan via Paediatrician/Psychiatrist
